It's time for a caption series again. This time it's a lot longer than "The Bet", and I am quite satisfied with it. I was trying to create a cross between my stories and captions, building up a story, characters and a plot. Ordinary captions leave too little room for this, unless your name is Hemingway.

I guess this isn't as narrative as my other captions. It doesn't really tell a story, just plain and simple transformation. As I read it again today, I see that it ends rather abruptly. Maybe I'll do something about it and make a sequel some time, but that decision will rest till later. I think there is a sort of sequel (involving the same item) in a folder somewhere, but I can't find it at the moment.
